What is the Smart Integration Profile?+
An integration-readiness profile across three dimensions — Legal / Status Readiness, Economic & Professional Capacity, and Soft Skills & Psychological Readiness — each scored 0–100 from your own self-reported answers. These results reflect self-reported patterns, not a professional evaluation. They do not predict outcomes.
How is the 12-week roadmap built?+
Your identified gaps are matched to country-specific pathways, prioritized, personalized and sequenced into four phases: Understand & Prepare, Stabilize, Participate, and Connect & Progress. Each step is linked to the authority or service that handles it in Finland. The roadmap is a personalized planning framework, not a legal deadline or official timeline.
Is MigraGo a legal service?+
No. MigraGo is a digital integration pathway and decision-support platform. It does not provide legal representation or make legal decisions.
Is MigraGo a generic AI chatbot?+
No. MigraGo combines structured assessment, country-specific pathway knowledge, rules-based logic and AI-assisted personalization to create an actionable roadmap.
Does MigraGo replace Finnish authorities?+
No. MigraGo helps users understand and prepare for relevant pathways. Official decisions remain with the relevant authorities.

Does MigraGo guarantee a residence permit or successful integration?+
No. MigraGo is a structured pathway-support tool. It does not guarantee visa, residence or integration outcomes.
Why Finland, and what about other countries or languages?+
Finland is MigraGo's initial validation market — the long-term architecture is designed for expansion through country-specific knowledge modules. Other countries currently appear in the application as future expansion and are not active. The website and application are available in English and Persian today, with full right-to-left support for Persian.
Is the MigraGo Advanced Integration Plan available now?+
No. The €249 MigraGo Advanced Integration Plan is a future, locked B2C product: a future advanced B2C experience designed to provide deeper integration analysis and a more comprehensive personalized roadmap. There is no purchase flow for it. The current offering is the free Quick Check and SettleSmart Navigator at €9.99/month.
How current is the country-specific information?+
Pathway information is country-specific and must be maintained. Rules, requirements and services change, and the knowledge layer is reviewed and updated accordingly. Always confirm decisive details with the relevant authority.

The MigraGo website at www.migrago.fi introduces the product, the mission and MigraGo's capabilities. The MigraGo application at app.migrago.fi is where the product is used. In the application, you start with the free six-question Quick Check; with SettleSmart Navigator you complete the 42-question structured assessment, your current situation is analysed, and based on your answers the Smart Integration Profile and the personalized 12-Week Roadmap are created.
